Total value added at constant prices for the Saint Lucian economy increased by 1.3 percent during 2015 when compared to a decrease of 0.65% in 2014. It thus has the statutory mandate to produce and provide government, the private sector, parastatal organisations, international organisations, the civil society and the general public with statistical information for evidence based decision-making, policy formulation and planning as well as investment purposes.
